Remember when I said that there are a few silver linings to the whole cancer process? One of them is visitors. My friend Kevin, who I’ve known since freshman year of high school (no, we are NOT going to talk about how long ago that was!) messaged me to let me know he was going to be here for a conference and would love to catch up. And so we did! Kevin even brought a box of photos from our high school days so we could reminisce.
A cool fun fact- Kevin is the pastor who officiated our wedding ceremony (also not talking about how long ago that was!)
